1 Scope

3 Information collected
- Identity and contact data, including name, email, telephone number, delivery address and billing address.
- Order and customer transaction data, including product, colour, quantity, personalisation text, order number, payment status, delivery and return records.
- Payment transaction data, including amount, currency, payment time and transaction or approval information provided by iyzico or a bank. The Seller does not store the full card number or CVV.
- Communications and support records, including emails, form messages, complaints, requests and resolutions.
- Technical and usage data, including IP address, browser, device, operating system, approximate location, visit time, pages viewed, referring link and cookie identifiers.
- Marketing preferences, including commercial communication consent, opt-out records and cookie choices.
4 Purposes of use
- Create the order, verify payment, prepare and personalise the product, deliver it and provide after-sales support.
- Meet invoicing, accounting, consumer transaction, product safety and other legal obligations.
- Prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents and operate the website securely.
- Manage enquiries, complaints, withdrawal, returns, exchanges and disputes.
- Where consent or another lawful basis applies, send marketing communications and use optional analytics or advertising cookies.
5 Payment security and iyzico
Payments are handled by iyzico and the bank or payment institution involved in the transaction. Card details are processed within those providers’ payment interfaces. Seahorse Backgammon may receive limited transaction information required for order completion, accounting, fraud control and refunds. iyzico may act as a separate controller for its own processing and publishes its current privacy notice on its website.
6 Parties receiving information
Information may be shared for the stated purposes, subject to appropriate safeguards, with:
- iyzico, banks, card schemes and other payment service providers.
- Domestic and international carriers, logistics providers and customs service providers.
- Hosting, email, information technology, security, backup and customer-support providers.
- Accounting, financial advisory, legal, audit and insurance providers.
- Public authorities, courts, consumer arbitration committees and other legally authorised recipients.
If personal data must be transferred to a provider outside Türkiye, the transfer is made under one of the conditions and safeguards set out in Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698.
7 Cookies

9 Retention
Information is kept for the period required for the stated purpose and for the applicable retention or limitation periods under tax, commercial, consumer, payment and dispute law. It is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Marketing preferences are retained until consent is withdrawn, and cookies remain for the period stated in the preference panel.
10 Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used, including restricted authorisation, access controls, updates, backups, secure communications and provider oversight. No internet transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. If a breach is identified, notifications required by law are made.
11 Children’s privacy
