Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
